I want to start my own web site, but do not know where to begin. I want to teach myself versus take a class. This must be for a beginner with basic computer skills. Any ideas?

    invest in a copy of dreamweaver - best I’ve used and includes tuts!

    Microsofet Office Live, It’s free and you need no training.

    If you want an easy website builder with service,. For just a website builder, try iWeb on a mac.

    you can try Microsoft office’s front page. it’s very easy.

    if you really intend to learn, you should also have a quick tour at HTML and CSS, this should do for a beginner.
