What’s the best web design program for an attorney web site, given the designer has no html knowledge?

So far, I am looking at MSFT Expression Web or frontpage. I’m going for the most professional site possible. I’d like cascading titles, etc… I currently use Yahoo Sitebuilder.

    For a lawyer I wouldn’t recommend a (do-it-yourself) if you want the professional look; Frontpage and Dreamweaver are the best in the market but someone with limited knowledge of HTML and design will not be able to get the best from them. It would be like an illiterated man trying to beat a first degree murder charge by himself.

    Looks are important in a website: a cheap and amateur looking site will reflect the quality of your work in the visitors’ mind. I myself never spend my money on sites that looks unprofessional.

    Hire a professional web-designer.

    Microsoft front page is a terrible tool to use (Read the articles on webpagesthatsuck.com). If you want your site to look professional you should hire a webmaster to do your site.
