Who has user friendly web design program?

My company already has someone host their website and had previously designed it for them. We are wanting to find a program where I can edit and redesign the website and keep our current host. Any ideas???
For all you professionals you are really going to laugh.. but I have previously used yahoo and it was soooooo easy to pick templates, fill out info and upload to the web. Anything similar?
It also had cool templates.. and easy to move around.
